New Homecare Service
Great news for new Coway Air Purifier customers who get their product installed in May 2020.
We are delighted to announce that you are entitled to receive our new homecare service – Coway Disinfection Service (CDS) which officially launched on 18th May 2020.
As a life care company, Coway Malaysia is now expanding the services to Disinfection Service to better meet the needs of Malaysians during this Covid-19 pandemic. Coway Disinfection Service is a service provided by our mattress care expert – Homecare Technician (HT) on top of Coway 7-step Mattress Care Service.
The Coway 7-step Mattress Care Service and Coway Disinfection Service is free of charge for our valued customers. We can assure you there will be no hidden charges. Do bear in mind that we will only provide this service to West Malaysia regions and the areas that are accessible by car.
We will send SMS to the customers in 3 days after the successful installation of Air Purifier. Customers need to reply to the message as well as inform us about the “Mattress Size” to register for the free service.
The duration of Coway 7-step MCS and additional Coway Disinfection Service will take approximately 1.5 hours. Customers will choose 1 bedroom for this free Coway Disinfection Service. We will only provide the service to the address which the Air Purifier has been installed. This service will start 1 month after the registration has been completed.
Please be informed that currently we are not selling the Coway Disinfection Service package.
