Hello from us. In this tutorial, we teach you on how to setup your business email on iPhone. In this tutorial, we are using the old Iphone 6 interface, so the layout may be different from your latest Iphone layout, but the configuration is the same. So far, this is the most question that we have from our clients on how to setup their email on iphone. Here we go :
STEP 1 : On i-Phone, Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts
STEP 2 : Scroll down and under Accounts > click Add Account.
STEP 3 : Click Other.
STEP 4 : Under Mail > click Add Mail Account.
STEP 5 : Fill in the detail. for Name and Email field, put your current Email URL. Then, put your email password.
*please take note that you need to change yourname@company.com.my to your email. Make sure that you put same email for name and email field.
(you need to put your email address in name field also, not your name.. otherwise, it will get error)
STEP 6 : choose IMAP. For incoming and outgoing host name, put in palace.sfdns.net. Then, put in your email password on incoming/outgoing mail server password field.
* take note that palace.sfdns.net is the setting provide by our server provider. In most cases, you need to change it to mail.yourcompany.com.my. For example, your domain is extudent.com. So, you need to put mail.extudent.com as incoming and outgoing server. For our clients, you may contact us to check what is your incoming and outgoing server name.
STEP 7 : click Save. You're done.
