Email Setup #1 : Create, Delete & Edit Email Through CPanel

Hello from us. In this tutorial, we teach you on how to create your email, edit email storage space and edit password and how to delete your email password.

In order to do this, you need to have your CPanel account access. For ICEINK clients, you can get your own Cpanel access once we’re settle with the development phase. You can create as many biz email you want, but remember to look at your hosting/server disk space as well. Some may have larger disk space such as 100GB, but some will only have 10GB disk space.

Is 10GB disk space is enough?

Actually, 10GB is enough to store website files, databases and emails. Normally, we only use not more than 500MB for website development files and not more than 15MB for the MySQL database. But of course, this will depends on the development and requirement. Approximately, we only take around 1GB for the website, so we have about 9GB for emails. If you’re using Microsoft Outlook, you’re capable to store the email into your computer and not just store the email in the server (email can be there for a short period before it will automatically deleted). With this concept, we can allocate around 500MB per email in the server and the email will never get full.
